Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of the Calling At app and the callingat.app website. By using either, you agree to them.

What Calling At is

Calling At shows live and timetabled train departure information for stations in Great Britain. It is an information tool — it does not sell tickets, book journeys, or act as a train operator or agent.

Information may change

Departure times, platforms and calling patterns can change at short notice, and railway data may occasionally be delayed, incomplete or unavailable. Always follow official station announcements, staff instructions and your train operator's own information when it matters — don't rely on Calling At alone for decisions with real consequences, such as making a connection.

Acceptable use

Use Calling At for its intended purpose: checking departure information. Don't attempt to disrupt the service, scrape or resell the data at scale, or use the app in a way that breaches applicable law.

Service availability

We aim to keep Calling At available and accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. The app or backend may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or due to circumstances outside our control, including outages of the underlying rail industry data feeds.

Intellectual property

The Calling At name, design and app are our property or used under licence. Underlying timetable and live-running data is sourced from UK rail industry data feeds and remains subject to its own terms.

Liability

Calling At is provided as a convenience tool "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for losses arising from missed connections, delays, or decisions made in reliance on information shown in the app.

Changes

We may update these terms as the app evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
